Terms

By using Pencily you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older to make an account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Lessons are made by AI

Pencily's lessons, drawings and voice are generated by AI. They are usually right but can contain mistakes, so check anything important (and anything you'll be graded on) against your course materials.

Fair use

Don't use Pencily to break the law, to harm others, or to get around its limits (for example by making extra accounts for more free lessons). We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans

The free plan includes a number of lessons each day, which we may change. Pencily Plus isn't available yet; when it is, its price and terms will be shown before you pay.

No guarantees

Pencily is provided as is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
